Not so proud

This week, I've been constantly, ravenously hungry. I'm not sure why. Here's what I resorted to eating today:

Yes, while my innocent, unsuspecting child is off at school, I ate his last chocolate Easter rabbit. In my defense, though, he had no idea the rabbit was still around AND I wouldn't want him eating that much chocolate anyway.

Check out how I ripped and mangled the box to get the rabbit. And, don't worry, I didn't leave the poor thing sans ears for long. He's with all his parts - warm and cozy in my stomach.

Don't judge me. It's been a very stressful week at work. That's what I'm telling myself anyway.

:-)

Sometimes we just need to indulge a little.. not that I am advocating sin or anything :)

Kristen, you need to be kinder to yourself! Was it good? Great! We all need to reward ourselves occasionally with something special. The chocolate bunny is certainly innocent enough....poor thing. His little beady eyes must have made you feel guilty! Love you. Hope you enjoyed it thoroughly.

Hmmmm.... if you want, you can store R's easter bunnies at my house :)

Not that they'll make it to August in the first place. I picked up three chocolate bars at the East End Food Co-op on Sunday, and haven't even made it through two of them yet. The dark chocolate & cherry one went fast though. But I also worked from 7:30 this morning until 9:45, and I have to be back there tomorrow, after I make an early morning grocery run. Love you,

You are the MAN! In a totally non-sexist womany way! How did you mange to keep a chocolate bunny from him all this time? Jeez, I'm hiding potato chips in the barn and they are still onto me-you know, you were PROTECTING him from the evils of high blood glucose levels by eating that bunny....Love you, miss you guys.

Don't feel bad,
Think about how many people you are helping by letting them know that you are in fact not completely perfect. I know I get a strange comfort from this knowledge. Don't worry, I won't let on like I know.
Love you,
Peace out Homey :D

Go for it. We all need a chocolate fix from time to time. I had m and m's yesterday. Not on my diet.

That is so funny! I like how you mangled the box! It sounds like something I would do:)

Good luck with your menu! I hope it goes good and that you have fun with it.
